Referrers are eligible to receive 20% of the referred client’s first paid invoice, up to USD 1000. Reward amounts are subject to these terms.

Rewards will be paid 30 days after the referred client’s first payment clears.

Referrals may be submitted by clients, partners, friends, or employees. An internal variant may apply for employees.

A referral is valid if the prospect:

• Meets the company’s service and budget criteria, and
• Is not already active in the company’s pipeline.

The reward is granted to the first valid referral submission for a given prospect. Duplicate submissions are ineligible.

Referrers are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges incurred as a result of receiving the referral reward.

Referrers must ensure that the personal information of the referred prospect is shared in compliance with applicable privacy laws. The company will use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating and administering the referral program.

The company is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from participation in the referral program, including but not limited to eligibility disagreements or payment delays.

The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
